Welcome, our names are George & Tammy Jenkins. We have four children, 6 grandchildren  and several dogs.  We have been raising horses and cattle for over 33 years. Back in 2003 after researching the lowline breed, we decided to disperse of our commercial cow herd and replace with lowlines.  This is a breed that is growing in popularity over the entire country, and we are proud to be part of it. One of the reasons for the popularity of this breed, is it's the original old angus foundation stock. With todays imput of cost into the cow herd, commercial cattleman across the country are starting to look for ways to downsize the cow. What better way, than to breed back to the original angus genetics. We have proven results, an 1150# cow that will wean a 550 to 600# calf. A calf that will finish off on grass or grain, in the 1250# range, with a 65% carcass. A calf that will get to this finish weight on less feed in less days. That's how you spell profit.  On the following pages you will see some of our cattle. There will be a page for the different sexes as well as a for sale page. Anything your interested in, please contact us.

It's been a good year, a special thank you to all that have bought cattle and semen from our bulls this year.

It all began in 2005 when i contacted Margo Hayes about getting semen from her champion bull, "Vitulus Yes Yes Yes" shipped to the states. The following year, semen came over from "Colombo Park Zeffirelli".  After a concentrated breeding effort by Jerry Adamson and I,crossing these genetics with our Eliza Park Brenton genetics,  the results are starting to show up as seen on the following pages. Your never for sure about anything when it comes to breeding, but we think we may be on the right path.Take a look and see what you think. Feel free to email me and let me know. Thanks  George Jenkins/Diamond J Ranch/Double J Cattle Co.
